Those Academies letters to head teachers in full...

Here is the link to the letter sent by Michael Gove to 'outstanding' schools:

One question: what happens to schools that slip from being 'outstanding' after they have registered their interest in becoming Academies?

Presumably they no longer get their 'pre-approval'. But what if it has alreday been granted - can it be rescinded?
